We currently have a vacancy for a part-time Office Administrator, working from Monday-Friday, 10am – 2pm. Could you be the newest member of our team?
The successful applicant will directly assist in the work of 2 of our charity clients by providing them with administrative and telephone support from our office in East Peckham, Kent.
Daily tasks include:
- Opening Mail
- Data Processing
- Banking & Thanking
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Receiving Telephone Orders
- Processing Web Orders
Experience of charity or business CRM would be an advantage and a pleasant, patient telephone manner is essential.
The salary for the role is £17940.00 pa pro-rata (40 hours working week) and benefits include:
- 5 weeks holiday pro-rata
- Private Medical Insurance after 1 years’ service
